About Good Chemistry Baking

Owner and baker Jane O’Hara understands first-hand what it means to live the gluten-free good life. Like many, she was overwhelmed by her new dietary restrictions related to celiac disease. Rather than see it as ‘living without,’ however, she grew to embrace her new way of life and master recipes old and new.


Great gluten-free baking is a strange and magical science; when done well, however, it is good chemistry for all.

  • We are a dedicated gluten-free bakery. We have some dairy-free and nut-free options as well.

  • We bake in small batches – we believe in quality over quantity.

  • All menu items are made from scratch each day in our small kitchen – by one baker with one oven.
